FAQ
Do you force dispatch?
No. We do not force dispatch. We believe owner-operators should always remain in control of their business. We present available opportunities, provide market insights and recommendations, and handle negotiations on your behalf, but the final decision to accept or decline a load is always yours.
What types of trucks and equipment do you dispatch?
We provide truck dispatch services for Box Trucks, Sprinter Vans, Hotshots, Dry Vans, Reefers, and Flatbeds.
Is there a contract?
For our 14-day free trial, only our Terms and Conditions are required. No long-term service agreement is necessary during the trial period.
For clients who choose to continue with our full-service dispatching and back-office solutions, a service agreement may be required depending on the scope of services provided. In some cases, a limited Power of Attorney (POA) may be requested to facilitate paperwork and administrative processes. However, operators who prefer to review and sign documents themselves may choose to do so.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Our 14-day free trial allows you to experience key aspects of our dispatching service before making a commitment.
During the trial period, we provide load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, cost analysis, and strategic lane recommendations using our existing market intelligence and operational data.
At the end of the trial, you can decide whether our service is the right fit for your operation. No long-term commitment is required to participate in the trial.
How do dispatch fees work?
We operate on a commission-based model, which means we only get paid when you get paid. Our success is directly tied to your success, creating a partnership focused on keeping your truck loaded, productive, and profitable.
Our fee structure is fully transparent and will be clearly explained before any paid service begins. There are no hidden charges, and you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Can I choose my loads?
Absolutely. We work with you to understand your preferred lanes, regions, rates, and operating goals. While we actively search for opportunities that align with your objectives, you maintain full authority over which loads you accept.
Do you negotiate rates?
Yes. Rate negotiation is one of our core services. We communicate directly with brokers to secure competitive rates while considering current market conditions, operational costs, and your profitability goals.
How do you ensure profitability?
We utilize a structured, data-driven dispatch methodology that evaluates lanes, operating costs, market conditions, and revenue potential before recommending loads. Our process includes lane analysis, cost analysis, strategic route planning, backhaul planning, and triangular routing strategies designed to reduce empty miles and maintain access to stronger freight markets.
While no dispatcher can guarantee profits, our objective is to consistently identify opportunities where projected revenue exceeds operating costs and aligns with your target profit goals. External factors such as fuel prices, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and nationwide market trends can influence results, but our team continuously monitors market conditions and adapts strategies accordingly.
Does the service include back-office assistance?
Yes. Our full-service solution can include a wide range of back-office support, including paperwork management, record keeping, broker communication, billing assistance, performance reporting, market analysis, cost analysis, lane planning, operator support, rate negotiation, load booking, and other administrative services. Service packages can be tailored based on the needs of your operation.
